$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install katepart 

katepart is installed in your system.

Make ensure the katepart package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep katepart *

You will get with katepart package name, version, architecture and description in a table

katepart package basic information:
